  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    2. We will provide a return authorization number and return instructions.
    3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service (recommended for high-value items).

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Inspection & Approval:
    • Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
    • If approved, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.
  • Shipping Costs:
